This event was held in Limbe, precisely at the Government Primary School Bota.

The event kicked off at about 11:45 am with the arrival of guests (pedagogic inspectors, head teachers) and officials (Representative of the Senior Divisional Officer, Regional and Divisional Delegates), followed by a run-down of the agenda. As the first phase of this project, it was scheduled to donate 20,300 learning materials to primary schools in Fako and two other divisions.

The donation package for Fako comprised 7,350 copies of textbooks on the current official booklist; 9800 copies of exercise books and 3150 pens, pencils and rulers.
